PEIA benefits portal will be unavailable today through Feb. 17

As part of a system upgrade, the West Virginia Public Employee Insurance Agency’s (PEIA) Benefits Administration System Web Application will be unavailable beginning at 5 p.m. today (Feb. 11) through Monday, Feb. 17.

During this downtime, policyholders will be unable to view or make changes to their plans online. Further, the WVU Shared Services Center team will be unable to view or input data into the system during the outage.
