Call for submissions: Provost's Office to host celebration of long-form scholarship and creative work

Milano Reading Room Library

In Spring 2020, the Office of the Provost, in partnership with the WVU Libraries, WVU Humanities Center and the WVU Press, will host the annual celebration of long-form scholarship and creative work produced by WVU faculty and staff.

The event is designed to celebrate and recognize the achievements of all faculty and staff members who have published a book, released a CD or produced a full-length work in another medium (e.g., art, theater, film, dance).

To be eligible for submission, the work must have been published, released or produced between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2019. The deadline to complete the online submission form is Feb. 12.

Participants will be invited to attend and showcase their work at the celebratory event April 1 from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Wise Library Milano Reading Room. More details will be forthcoming.

Note that all participants will be asked to submit a high-resolution image of their work or the actual work for display purposes, if possible. Be sure to have the image ready for upload when completing the submission form.

If you have questions about the form or if it does not accommodate the information about your work, email provost@mail.wvu.edu for clarification.
