UPDATE: Rail-trail reopens after installation of utility lines for Reynolds Hall

The partial closure at the Mon River Rail-Trail has reopened following the utility line installation at the future site of Reynolds Hall. The section of the trail has been patched with concrete until it can be paved in the spring.
