Council for Women's Concerns currently seeking new members

Women of Color Luncheon

The WVU Council for Women’s Concerns, which promotes the equality of all women and all genders in the academic and local communities, is seeking applicants to fill upcoming vacancies. The Council membership is composed of faculty, staff, students and affiliates, as well as community members. 

Founded in 1977, the Council has upheld a presence throughout the evolving response to women’s issues.

The Council is currently accepting applications for both full-members and affiliate members for 2020-2021. The full council meets once per month and each member is assigned committee membership based upon their interests.
