Tickets are currently being sold for a raffle benefiting the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. Campaign ambassadors within Talent & Culture and Auxiliary & Business Services collected donations from local businesses, WVU Athletics, Arts & Entertainment, Campus Recreation and WVU employees, to create seven exciting baskets and packages.
Prizes include: WVU fan package with two tickets to the Feb. 1 Men’s Basketball game, one-year family membership to the Student Rec Center, Adventure WV Zip-Line passes, four tickets to Moscow Ballet’s Nutcracker at the Creative Arts Center, Pet Lover’s Basket, restaurant gift cards and much more.
The prize baskets are currently on display at the Talent & Culture lobby. Tickets are being sold at Talent & Culture, Facilities Management, Roads and Grounds, Mountaineer Station, Motor Pool, PRT Maintenance, Stewart Hall, Marina Tower, Evansdale Crossing and HSC’s Human Resources Office. Tickets are $1 each, six tickets for $5 and 13 tickets for $10. Sales end Nov. 18, with the drawing on Nov. 19 at noon in the Talent & Culture lobby.
