Suhad Babaa and Emma Alpert of Just Vision will join the Center for Resilient Communities Nov. 14 from noon to 2:30 p.m. in Brooks Hall to screen “Naila and the Uprising,” and engage in discussion around the work they do to increase the power and reach of Palestinians and Israelis working to end the occupation and build a future of freedom, dignity and equality for all.
Join us in welcoming Suhad and Emma and engage with global human rights advocates and filmmakers working to share under-documented stories of women acting as unarmed grassroots activists and movement-builders in Israel and Palestine.
