Join TechConnect West Virginia and the IDEA Hub for the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Bootcamp Nov. 12 from 4-6 p.m. at 414 Evansdale Crossing.Networking dinner from 6- 7 p.m.

Learn how to access non-dilutive, early-stage funding for small businesses and researchers.

  • Preparing to write SBIR/STTR grants.

  • Best practices for successful applications.

  • How to navigate the registration process.

The SSIR/STTR Bootcamp is part of TechConnect’s “Bridging the Ecosystem in Science & Technology in West Virginia” (BEST in WV) program which was developed using funds secured from the Federal and State Technology partnership program. Additionally, the workshop complements the newly-passed WV State matching grant program which aims to increase the number of awards and help in the diversification of West Virginia’s economy. The program is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The event is free, but registration is required.
