Now available: payroll deduction option for faculty and staff dining plans

Several new dining plan options are now available for faculty and staff. And for employees who wish to spread their payment across multiple pay cycles, WVU Dining Services is excited to announce a payroll deduction option is now available when purchasing a faculty and staff dining plan. 

The faculty and staff dining plans offer great value, flexibility and convenience for full-time, benefits-eligible employees who prefer to dine on campus. Further, with multiple dining locations and convenient hours, the plans make it easy to grab a bite and connect with colleagues and students – all while saving money at the same time.

To take advantage of the faculty and staff dining plan payroll deduction option, complete the request form and select “payroll deduction” in the payment section. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with additional instructions. The total cost of your dining plan will be split evenly across three consecutive paychecks.

Note: Faculty and staff dining plans also will continue to be available for purchase via credit/debit card or check.  

If you are based in Morgantown, faculty and staff dining plans may be used at any of our residential dining locations. Faculty and staff dining plans also may be used at the Bears Den at WVU Institute of Technology and The Commons at WVU Potomac State College.
