WVU Dining Services to offer Appalachian foods during Mountaineer Week

WVU Dining Services will join the community in celebrating Appalachian heritage during Mountaineer Week by offering special foods throughout the week outside of Hatfields from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 4- 7. 

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect: 

  • Monday: Soup beans with mini corn muffins

  • Tuesday: Chicken and dumpling soup

  • Wednesday: Pepperoni rolls

  • Thursday: Venison stew

Friday’s featured items include turkey drummond, mashed potatoes, gravy, soup beans, cornbread, green beans and pumpkin pie.
