All faculty, chairs and academic leaders are invited to attend a Digital Measures training session offered by the Office of the Provost.
“How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Digital Measures” will be held Oct. 16, from 9-10:30 a.m. in the Shenandoah Room, Mountainlair.
At this session, we will discuss how to use Digital Measures to report your activities as a faculty member for the review process. We will discuss the basics of using the system as well as the more nuanced elements of reporting activities that may not fit neatly in a pre-defined box. Bring questions and your own laptops if you would like to work on your own account as we go.
The session will be presented by Brian Meredith, Data Administrator for the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences. Associate Provost Melissa Latimer will also be present to answer any questions that might be directly about promotion and/or tenure.
All upcoming faculty and leadership development sessions can be found on the faculty.wvu.edu website.
