Matthew Clark, director of Planned Giving at the WVU Foundation, will talk about “Cutting Out Uncle Sam: Smart Ideas to Plan Your Legacy,” Sept. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at the Village at Heritage Point. Clark will offer some tax-smart ways on how to make sure your legacy goes where you want it to go. Q & A session will follow his presentation.
