Dining Services recently completed several major renovations at dining locations around campus.

To celebrate the opening of these new locations, the WVU community is invited to join President Gordon Gee for a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 at Hatfield’s, WVU’s newest residential dining hall. Immediately following Gee’s remarks, a toast to a great school year will be held at the Mountainlair’s new coffee shop, Jazzmans, located where JACs used to be.

As a special being offered for this day, Jazzmans will offer guests on Monday a free small drip coffee with the purchase of a bakery item.

The event will conclude across campus, where an additional ribbon cutting will be held at 11 a.m. at the newly renovated Café Evansdale, led by Senior Associate Vice President for Auxiliary and Business Services David Beaver.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to join in these events, which celebrate the new dining locations that provide the WVU community with an enhanced dining experience and more food choices across the Morgantown campus.

And don’t forget, there is a special $8 meal offer for faculty and staff at any of the residential dining halls running through early September.
