Led by students and faculty as part of the WVU Neuroscience outreach program, the Feed Our Brains philanthropic campaign contributes financial support to pay down overdue student lunch balances at public schools in Monongalia county. Along with each donation to the school, Neuroscience graduate students visit the school and host a “Brain Day” comprising several neuroscience related games and activities to excite children about how brains work, showcase how food is important in fueling the brain and inspire a love for science.
