Join Leadership and Organization Development at CPASS E-G10 June 11 from 1-2 p.m. for this interactive session which is designed to encourage discussion among all participants.

Our Recognition Specialist will share unique tips and tricks for showing appreciation on a budget. In addition, specific examples will be provided that can be applied in your workplace immediately. Participants will be encouraged to make connections to how recognition drives employee engagement and see techniques for building an effective model in specific units. During this session, we will be coming together as One WVU to share the best recognition practices taking place around campus. As a participant, you will learn what others have done, what worked and what did not work, and be encouraged to share your own practices, ideas, and initiatives.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why recognition is important and how it relates to employee engagement;

  • Unique and easy tips for recognizing different groups of employees;

  • Shared practices around the University;

  • Demo of usability of Go Beyond on a mobile device.

Feel free to bring a laptop, smartphone or tablet to take notes and experience Go Beyond on a mobile device.
