A new food system is possible: Sprouting farms food system development internship

The WVU Food Justice Lab and Sprouting Farms are recruiting five Food System Development Interns to complete a 10-day intensive practicum in Summers County.

Interns will be housed at Bethlehem Farms in Talcott and complete more than 60 hours of applied food system development work with Sprouting Farms, Paradise Farms, Turnrow Appalachian Farm Collective and WV Food and Farm Coalition.

Cost of attendance is $1,500 and covers all room and board, as well as materials needed for the practicum.
