Whether you've been broken up with, made a mutual decision to break up or initiated a break up, life post-break up is a whole lot more than "time will heal all wounds" or "there are so many other fish in the sea." Many people ask the questions, "Who was I before this relationship?" and "How do I move on?" In this workshop, we will talk about the psychology of breaking up. We will also discuss how you can relearn and rebuild your identity and your life, a conversation anchored in your values and goals. Join us tonight in the Evansdale Crossing, Room 412 from 7 - 8 p.m. All students welcome.
