Seminar focusing on phosphorus deficiency in legumes to be held

The Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design will welcome Anathi Magadlela, a molecular plant physiologist in the University of KwaZulu-Natal School of Life Sciences, for a special seminar at 4 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 31) in 2004 Agricultural Sciences. Magadlela will present “Phosphorus deficiency affecting nodule bacterial composition and nitrogen source utilisation in a Fynbos legume, Virgilia divaricate.”

His lecture is part of the Division of Plant and Soil Sciences' Spring Seminar Series.
