The Health Sciences Innovation Center will host General Counsel Stephanie Taylor and Associate General Counsel Mike Spooner Jan. 22 from noon-1 p.m. in Room 2940B HSN. Taylor and Spooner will discuss the do’s and don’ts of personal consulting arrangements in accordance with the new Board of Governors Rule 1.4 that is pending the Board’s approval. If you are currently involved in a consulting arrangement or are interested in consulting in the future, please attend.
This will be a very informative talk for both researchers and clinicians with time at the end for audience questions. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
