WVU to host Hour of Code activities

The Center for Excellence in STEM Education, along with the Center for Gravitational Waves and Cosmology, and WVU Extension Service are hosting a public Hour of Code event Saturday (Dec. 1) from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. in White Hall on the downtown campus. Participants are able to choose their own computer science adventure across multiple stations throughout White Hall. The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. Anyone, anywhere can organize an Hour of Code event. One-hour tutorials are available in more than 45 languages. No experience needed. Ages 4 to 104.
