Tickets are currently being sold for a raffle benefiting the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. Campaign ambassadors within the Strategic Initiatives Division collected donations from local businesses, WVU Athletics, Campus Recreation and WVU employees, to create six great packages. Prizes include a WVU fan package with four tickets to the Nov. 23 football game, Student Rec Center one-year family membership, Adventure WV Zip-Line passes, restaurant gift cards and much more.
Tickets may be purchased at the Human Resources reception desk in One Waterfront Place, University Police Station, Facilities Management, Roads and Grounds, Motor Pool, Stewart Hall and Marina Tower, fourth floor. Tickets are $1 each, six tickets for $5, and 13 tickets for $10. Sales end Nov. 8, with the drawing on Nov. 9 at noon in the Human Resources lobby.
