The second annual Ladies on Target, presented by Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., will give ladies that bleed gold and blue the opportunity to learn more about the sport of rifle through a fun and unique experience. This event at the WVU Coliseum and Rifle Range Oct. 11 will include a reception, program, rifle instruction, dinner and auction with WVU Rifle coaches and student-athletes.
