Supervisor Training is back. Learn more about the supervisor “do’s and don’ts” by attending Supervisor Essentials. Held quarterly, we’ll cover topics that are transactional in nature and important to every supervisor. The theme for the day is Fostering a Fair and Ethical Work Environment. We’ll have the person who knows the most about the subject walk you through the process, give you access to the tools you need, help you identify common pitfalls, and provide you with a tip sheet and key contact if you have any questions after the training.

• Managing Absences Effectively
• Job Descriptions and Compensation Basics
• Search and Hire Process
• When to Use Disciplinary Action

Leadership and Organization Development is offering a full-day of learning for supervisors that will provide them with “need-to-know” information to be successful in their current supervisory role.
