Paula Congelio will expand her role and will oversee West Virginia University’s procurement, contracting and payment services effective Thursday (Aug. 30) as the University searches for a permanent replacement.
David Beaver has resigned as assistant vice president for procurement, contracting and payment services to take a position at another institution.
In August 2017, Congelio expanded her duties to serve as vice president and chief financial officer for the University, overseeing all financial and budget matters, as well as continuing to oversee financial and related matters for the Health Sciences Center.
Congelio will continue her reporting relationship to Rob Alsop, vice president for strategic initiatives and Clay Marsh, vice president for the WVU Health Sciences Center and executive dean for the School of Medicine.
