Registration open for WVU Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Camp

The Sports Medicine/Athletic Training camp is for youth, aged 13-18, who interested in the medical field. The program, August 6, will provide students with an opportunity to learn about common sports medicine topics such as hydration, concussions, injury prevention and musculoskeletal injuries. Campers will attend lectures and labs as well as visit tour stops around campus. Participants will get a glimpse at where and what it takes to keep the Mountaineers healthy and in the game. Possible stops include: Milan Puskar Stadium and athletic training room, Basketball Practice Facility, Cary Gym and the Coliseum. For more info and to register, visit the Lifetime Activities website.
