Congratulations to WVU’s EcoCAR3, which finished second in the four-year EcoCAR3 competition. The WVU team was one of seven schools to complete the over the road event ahead of last night’s final. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and General Motors, EcoCAR 3 is an advanced vehicle technology competition that gave teams from universities across the nation four years to redesign a Chevrolet Camaro to reduce its environmental impact, while maintaining the muscle and performance expected from this iconic American car.
