Change Leadership: The Engine that Drives Extraordinary Performance, will be held in two four-hour sessions May 22, 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Mountainlair’s Shenandoah Room. This practical and interactive session offers fundamental information on effective change leadership strategies. By the end of the session, you will be better equipped to lead, facilitate, and manage change efforts within their organization. Specifically, you will learn how to:
- Create a more adaptive organizational culture;
- Effectively plan and guide change efforts;
- Create, harness, and maintain a sense of urgency and ongoing momentum; and
- Foster a sense of ownership among stakeholders.
