The self-service site it.wvu.edu/help (TeamDynamix) will be down for maintenance from 12:01 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday (April 21), for an important upgrade that will improve both searching features and workflows. If you need to request help during this window, email ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu and a ticket will be created when the work is complete.
When the upgrade is finished, you’ll be able to use double quotes to find exact phrases. Workflows will also be more robust for technicians who use the system, allowing more accurate routing of tasks to people. ITS appreciates your patience with this planned outage. Direct questions to TeamDynamix.
