ITS beginning to restore non-critical systems; process will take a few hours

Information Technology Services is bringing non-critical systems back online now that the HVAC system in One Waterfront Place is at an acceptable level. This process will take a few hours. We continue to work with Facilities and outside vendors as needed to permanently resolve the issues.

We don’t anticipate an impact on the performance of services and applications during the day, but if you experience problems, please contact the Service Desk at 304.293.4444. We will provide updates if the situation changes.
