The Office of Equity Assurance is hosting WVU Career Services career counselor Jessie Barclay to facilitate the American Association of University Women StartSmart Salary Negotiation Workshop Feb. 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Mountainlair Blackwater Room. AAUW’s research on the gender pay gap shows that, one year out of college, women are already paid significantly less than their male counterparts. Learn the skills on how to negotiate more equitable salaries at this workshop.
