The School of Music's Community Music Program announces the start of Choristers in Training (ages 17 and up) class. In Session 1, learn basic group vocal techniques through rounds and two-part singing. Session 2 will offer study in rhythm reading and ear training. All are techniques geared toward enhancing your skills at becoming a better choral singer. Enroll in Session 1 only, Session 2 only, or both sessions together. Classes begin Tuesday (Feb. 6) at 5 p.m. (Session 1) and 5:30pm (Session 2), and will meet every Tuesday evening for nine weeks. Classes are held at the Creative Arts Center.
