It is with great sadness that the College of Education and Human Services shares the news of Richard ‘Dick’ Walls’ passing.
Walls served 47 years as a professor of educational psychology at CEHS, where he mentored countless students. Walls was a nationally recognized scholar in educational psychology and disability studies, having published numerous articles in notable academic journals and books. He received the College’s Jasper N. Deahl Award in recognition of his commitment to CEHS in May 2017.
Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home in Morgantown Thursday (Nov. 9) from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a memorial to follow.
