Culture survey extended until Oct 23

Woodburn clock

West Virginia University is working to build a stronger and healthier work culture. That’s the goal of the 2nd annual culture survey that is being extended for another week in order for all voices to be heard. Employees now have until Monday, Oct. 23, at 8 p.m. to respond.

WVU’s first culture survey last year identified many qualities that make this University special – and also indicated where efforts could be bolstered. Changes were made. More will follow with input from faculty and staff.

The survey originally came to inboxes of all benefits-eligible employees on Oct. 2 from surveyfeedback@senndelaney.com. Those who have not been able to respond should receive a second email this week.

It takes less than eight minutes to complete, and as before, individual responses are confidential. Only aggregate results will be reported in early 2018.

For additional information, contact Maria Mancini or Donald Barnes, 304.293.7217. A list of Frequently Asked Questions can be found here. Any employee who can’t locate his/her invitation should email: surveyfeedback@senndelaney.com.
