Officers Devon Milam and Kody Elam graduated September 29 from the West Virginia State Police Academy marking the completion of 16 weeks of intense law enforcement training. They will now begin the Field Training Program where they will learn WVU policies, property, state laws, department policies and how to respond to police calls.
