WVU’s Kadeisha Buchanan has been named a repeat winner for the Hardman Award. It’s given annually to West Virginia's top amateur athlete of the year. She will be honored at the 71st annual Victory Awards Dinner on May 21 at the Village Square Conference Center in Clarksburg.
