A Lunch and Learn Series sponsored by the HS Innovation Center along with the Women’s Business Center will be held Oct. 4 at noon at Evansdale Crossing, Room 412 next to the Launch Lab.
This is a 30-minute presentation followed by a question and answer session about various topics on innovation, intellectual property and commercialization geared for all faculty, post-docs and graduate students.
We are pleased to bring in Matt Harbaugh, the Associate Vice President for Transformation, to speak this month. Matt’s talk, titled, “Funding a Start-Up,” will focus on funding start-up companies using Angel, Venture Capital and investor money. Harbaugh holds a J.D. and M.B.A. and has successful personal experience raising investor money.
