M. Cecil Smith, associate dean for research and graduate education at the College of Education and Human Services, was selected as editor of the journal New Directions in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. The journal is a quarterly publication that reaches a broad audience of stakeholders in adult and continuing education. Smith will serve a five-year term in this role.
