The cohort is a community of WVU Tech instructors who use the Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycle method to make small changes to their teaching and document student outcomes.
Led by Aida Jiménez Esquilín, the program is designed to help instructors explore, experiment, and reflect on their teaching practice in an evidence-informed, time-efficient way.
