The Department of Medicine will host the Annual Anthony G. DiBartolomeo Internal Medicine Conference from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Sept. 4 at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place.
Open to medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty, the conference provides a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts across internal medicine. This year’s agenda features expert-led sessions on timely topics such as hypothyroidism management, tick-borne illnesses, rural healthcare impacts, and more.
The grand rounds session for this conference is titled “TikTok Told Me So? Menopause Treatment Truths & Myths,” and it will be presented by five faculty from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
In addition to expert-led presentations, the conference fosters networking across the WVU Medicine system and beyond — connecting learners with faculty, practicing clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
