‘Mindful Steps to Seasonal Changes’ workshop scheduled for next week

Join the Mindfulness Team to explore tips on transitioning to a different season with grace and ease from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, on Zoom.

The practices shared will encourage a sense of grounding and warmth as the weather changes, as well as help participants cultivate resilience to bounce back quickly from stressors that may arise during the holiday.
