WVU Benefits Strategy recently partnered with TIAA to provide benefits-eligible employees on all WVU campuses a student loan debt solution.
The path to reducing monthly student loan payment and working toward loan forgiveness could be getting much easier. That’s because eligible employees now have access to a robust solution that helps find the best federal repayment and forgiveness programs for their individual financial situations.
Brought to you through TIAA and SAVI, this tool not only helps strengthen financial footing in the short-term, it also helps position employees for student loan forgiveness. The tool is designed to help users:
Cap payments based on income and family size;
Free up funds to direct towards other financial goals; and
Remove the complexities of forgiveness and put the process on auto-pilot for a small fee.
TIAA invites employees to attend an informational webinar on using Savi, how it can help reduce monthly student loan payments and how to get started. Webinars are scheduled in June, July and August.
