Employees and students will be unable to log in to many systems next Sunday

Employees and students will be unable to log in to any system that requires WVU Login credentials and two-factor authentication between 8 a.m. and noon Sept. 29 during important maintenance on the login service. 

If you are already logged into eCampus, Portal, MIX, SOLE, WVU+kc, Office 365 and other applications when this update begins, you should be able to continue working without disruption. New logins, however, will be delayed.

If you get a login error message once this work has been completed, try to clear your internet browser history, then close and relaunch the browser. This resolves most issues. If you still have problems, contact the Service Desk at 304.293.4444.
