Make your voice heard: The 2018 WVU Culture Survey extended until Oct. 29

The WVU campus in the fall.

To provide every West Virginia University faculty and staff member the opportunity to make their voice heard, the 2018 WVU Culture Survey has been extended until Monday, October 29.

If you haven’t already completed the survey, look for an invitation to participate from Senn Delaney (surveyfeedback@senndelaney.com) in your WVU email inbox.

As a reminder, the survey is open to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff across all campuses employed by the University as of August 20, 2018.

There are 57 total questions in the survey, and it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. And as with previous surveys, anonymity and confidentiality are assured. No WVU employee, manager or senior leader will have access to individual employee responses.

The survey results will be shared campuswide during the spring 2019 semester and used to identify WVU’s strengths, opportunities for improvement and to help us build a better workplace. For reference, visit the Bureaucracy Busters website to view the Campus Conversation focused on the 2017 survey results as well as the presentation material and a results summary.
