MAP, Data Miner and  MyTime  to be unavailable July 27-30 for important maintenance

Mountaineer Administrative Processes (MAP), Data Miner and MyTime services (Leave Request, Web Clock) will be unavailable 4 p.m. July 27 to 11:55 p.m. July 30 as ITS moves the system from onsite hardware to a cloud environment. The look, feel and functionality of these tools won’t be affected. This migration will, however, help reduce hardware costs and improve overall efficiency of the system.  

During this planned outage, employees won’t be able to submit or approve leave requests, or use the web clock. Employees may use wall clocks to record hours or have their supervisors record them later. Time cards won’t be updated until after maintenance is complete. 

Although no change in user experience is expected when the systems come back online, the behavior of some web browsers might change with Data Miner, depending on your customized settings.
