Second annual culture survey begins Oct. 2

West Virginia University will conduct its 2nd Annual Culture Survey Oct. 2-16.  Last October’s first-ever survey identified many qualities that make this University special, and perhaps more importantly, indicated where improvements were needed.

Last year, 2,000 randomly selected employees were invited to participate. This year, all benefits-eligible faculty and staff (employed as of Sept. 14, 2017) on ALL three campuses will be invited to participate.

Watch for the email from Senn Delaney (surveyfeedback@senndelaney.com), a third-party firm specializing in culture-shaping.  It takes less than 8 minutes to complete the survey and responses remain anonymous. Only aggregate results will be reported; those findings will be shared in early 2018.

“We’d like to get 100 percent participation to ensure that every faculty and staff members’ voice is heard,” said Cris DeBord, vice president of Talent and Culture. “This survey is one way for you to weigh in on matters that impact the quality of your work life and help us build a stronger, healthier University culture.”
