Mark your calendar for Campus Conversations about the change to a biweekly pay schedule:
- Friday (Aug. 25), 11 a.m. to noon, Gluck Theatre, Mountainlair, WVU Morgantown (live webcast)
- Tuesday (Aug. 29), 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Carter Hall Auditorium Room 106, WVU Beckley
- Wednesday (Aug. 30), 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Davis Conference Center, WVU Keyser
Both WVU Morgantown sessions will be facilitated by Rob Alsop, vice president for strategic initiatives, Paula Congelio, vice president and chief financial officer and Anjali Halabe, associate vice president for finance.
The WVU Beckley and WVU Keyser sessions will be co-facilitated by Paula Congelio, vice president and chief financial officer and Anjali Halabe, associate vice president for finance.
They will discuss the transition from semi-monthly pay to biweekly pay.
The August 24 and 25 sessions will be available to watch live at webcast.wvu.edu so that all WVU campuses may participate. Supervisors are encouraged to allow their staff to attend or view the discussions, as long as their operational needs permit.
