The University’s new travel and expense management tool, MyExpenses, will reduce the risk of error and the time required for processing, generating checks to employees much faster than before. Staff from Procurement, Contracting and Payment Services will demonstrate the new system and answer questions at the following places for employees who want to learn more before the rollout this fall.

  • 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14 at Engineering Sciences Building, room E-201
  • 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16 in room 6117 of One Waterfront Place
  • 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21 at the Gluck Theater in the Mountainlair.
  • 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2-3 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 23,  at the Okey Patteson auditorium of the Health Sciences Center

MyExpenses is expected to launch with a pilot group in September as part of the University’s ongoing efforts to reduce bureaucracy and paperwork.
