Dear fellow Classified Staff,
Staff Council worked diligently on the first round of comments and requested some changes to what was initially presented to us regarding the proposed new Talent & Culture (formerly HR) Rules. With very few exceptions, our requests were accepted so what you will see now is the result of that collaboration. While we may not like all the changes that are on the horizon, we understand that change is inevitable with the continued revenue cuts from our state legislature for WVU to succeed.
Please take some time to read through the proposed Talent & Culture Rules and provide your own comments to the WVU Board of Governors. You may also email your comments/concerns to staffcouncil@mail.wvu.edu.
