University Relations, Reed College of Media and College of Business & Economics awarded Crystal Awards and Honorable Mentions at annual gala

During the annual Public Relations Society of America: West Virginia Chapter gala in Charleston last week, University Relations, the Reed College of Media and the College of Business and Economics were awarded for their hard work at the PRSA: West Virginia Chapter gala.

University Relations won five Crystal Awards, including a Crystal Award for its integrated marketing campaign approach to the “Dan Carder TIME 100” project. WVU Magazine won the Crystal Award for external Magazine or Newsletter. WVU Magazine Online won the Crystal Award for Websites. The University Relations social media team won for its “WVU Snapchat Spectacles” project and also received honorable mention for its “A new angle” video series.

The Reed College of Media received six Crystal Awards, including: PRSSA Chapter of the Year, a Crystal Award for External Communication Campaign, Crystal Award for Media Kit, and Honorable Mentions for Long-Form Video and Website.

The College of Business and Economics received Honorable Mention for its Spring Magazine 2016.
