As part of PEIA’s Healthy Tomorrows Three Year Initiative (Year Three), PEIA requires that PPB Plan (A,B,C,D) policyholders see their PCP (primary care physician) to have their blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol and waist circumference within acceptable ranges. Policyholders must report this information directly to PEIA before May 15. If this information is not reported to PEIA by May 15 the policyholder will incur a $500 deductible penalty for Plan Year 2018. The initiative does not apply to Health Plan policyholders.
